(2) . All activities, tours and services promoted and booked through this website are provided by a licensed company with the licence: RNAAT 815/2015.
(3) . We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Activities are refundable if cancelled up to 48 hours before the activity. All cancellations made 24 hours (or less) before the activity are non-refundable. Activities may be cancelled under the following circumstances:
(1) . The minimum number of participants is not guaranteed.
(2) . Weather conditions are not favourable for the activity.
(3) . The minimum safety conditions are not guaranteed.
(4) . A breach of agreement between the client and the service provider.
Alternatively to cancellation, activities may be refunded or rescheduled, provided there is agreement between the client and the service provider. Fees (where applicable) will be charged to the refund amount.
