CANCELATION POLICY
Once bookings are confirmed either by email or personally, cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the excursion. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the excursion will incur a charge of 50% of the total value, which will be added to your room account. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the excursion will require full payment.
