We love the freedom of the off-road, the wild tracks, and the open air, but every great expedition needs a solid foundation to keep things safe and fair for everyone. When you book an adventure with us, you are agreeing to a few simple rules. Let’s keep it straightforward and transparent, just like a chat over a cup of local poncha.
First things first, everything you see promoted on this website is the sole responsibility of AdventureLand JP Lda. We take our craft seriously, which is why every single activity, tour, and service we offer is fully authorized under license number RNAAT 815/2015. You are in safe, legal, and highly experienced hands. Just a quick heads-up: while the price you lock in at booking is yours, we do reserve the right to update our rates on the website without prior notice.
We get it—travel can be unpredictable, and life happens. If your plans change and you need to cancel, just let us know at least 48 hours before our scheduled departure, and we will happily give you a full refund. Because we hold your seats, prepare our 4×4 jeeps, and map out the day specifically for your crew, any cancellations made 24 hours or less before the tour are non-refundable.
On rare occasions, we might have to call off a tour from our side. This only happens if we don’t meet the minimum number of adventurers needed to hit the trail, if a major breach of agreement happens between a client and our crew, or if the wild Madeira weather decides not to cooperate. Your safety is the one thing we never compromise on—if the mountain trails aren’t safe, we don’t ride.
If we do have to cancel, don’t worry, you won’t be left stranded. We will work closely with you to either find a better day to reschedule or issue a refund. Just keep in mind that if any external booking or transaction fees apply, they will be charged to the refund amount.
